Yes. You can chat with Cole about your game without uploading a clip. A video is only needed when you want a swing analysis or a recheck.

Use a short, clear clip filmed from behind the player that shows the player and the full swing. A phone resting on the fence is enough.

After you practice your focus, upload another clip of the same stroke. Cole compares it to your previous analysis and tells you whether the focus is improving, fixed, unchanged, or unclear.

Free access includes one swing analysis, one recheck on that swing, and 20 coaching messages. No card is required.

Every swing analysis uses one analysis credit. On paid plans, a recheck also uses one analysis credit. Each message you send Cole uses one message credit. Your remaining allowance is shown inside the coaching app.

Yes. You can choose Starter, Premium, or Unlimited on Pricing. Checkout and subscription management are handled securely by Stripe.

Cole removes temporary copies used to generate your feedback after the analysis finishes. Your saved session contains the coaching result, not a playable source video. Cole may retain a separate protected copy to improve its coaching models. Read the Privacy Policy for details.

Yes. You can permanently delete your account, saved analyses, and chat history from the account controls inside the coaching app.
