What this policy covers
This policy explains how Cole handles information when you create an account, upload a tennis video, or use coaching chat. RAMS ADVANCED MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS LTD is the controller responsible for the information described here.
Information Cole stores
We store the account information you provide: your email address, password verifier (not your plaintext password), and playing hand. We also store your coaching conversations and the analysis results generated for your account. These records let you return to prior sessions and recheck a focus later.
We process technical information needed to operate and secure the service, such as request timestamps, IP address in application or hosting logs, and rate-limit events. We do not use advertising cookies or sell personal information.
Tennis videos and AI processing
Here is how a swing analysis works:
- You choose a tennis video and ask Cole to analyze it.
- Cole temporarily receives the clip and sends it to Google’s Gemini API, which examines the swing and generates a coaching result.
- Cole saves the resulting coaching feedback to your account so you can revisit it or compare a later recheck.
- After the job finishes, Cole attempts to delete the local temporary copy and the provider’s temporary file used for that analysis, whether the job succeeds or fails. As described below, Cole may keep a separate protected copy for model improvement.
Google’s processing and retention are also governed by the terms and settings of the Google AI service used by the operator. Your saved analysis does not include the source video, although Cole may retain a protected training copy as described below. Do not upload a video containing information you do not want processed for coaching or model improvement.
Model improvement and training data
Cole may use tennis videos submitted through the normal coaching service, together with related coaching information such as stroke type, playing hand, and analysis results, to develop, train, test, and improve Cole’s AI coaching models. This use helps Cole better recognize tennis technique and provide more accurate feedback.
Before creating an account, you are asked to acknowledge this use in the signup form and can review this policy there.
For this purpose, Cole may retain a separate protected copy of a submitted video and its related training information. Access is restricted to people and service providers who need it for model development, evaluation, security, or operation. We do not sell submitted videos or use them for advertising.
If you delete your account or ask us to delete a training video, we will remove eligible source files and associated records from active training datasets and stop using them in future training work, subject to applicable law and technical limits. Deletion cannot undo information already incorporated into a model that has been trained and released without retraining that model.
Do not upload a video unless you have the right to do so and have permission from every identifiable person in it. A parent or legal guardian must create or authorize an account that uploads a minor’s video.
How information is used and shared
We use your information to provide authentication, tennis coaching, account history, support, fraud prevention, and service security. We share video and necessary prompts with Google’s Gemini API only to generate the requested coaching. Fonts on this site are loaded from Google Fonts, which may receive your IP address when your browser loads them. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect the service and its users.
Payments and subscriptions
If you choose a paid plan, Stripe processes your payment and manages billing. Cole stores the Stripe customer reference, subscription reference, subscription status, and billing-period information needed to apply your plan and usage allowance. Cole does not receive or store your full card number. Stripe’s handling of payment information is governed by its own privacy terms.
Retention and account deletion
Account details, saved analyses, chat messages, and eligible protected training copies remain until you delete your account. You can permanently delete your account and its stored database records and eligible source files from the coaching app’s account controls. Temporary uploads are handled as described above.
Security
Cole uses HTTPS-only session cookies in production, password hashing, per-account authorization checks, upload limits, and rate limiting. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so please use a unique password and keep your account credentials private.

Changes
We may update this policy as the product or legal requirements change. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date.
