Using Cole

Cole is a service operated by RAMS ADVANCED MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS LTD that provides AI-assisted tennis coaching and information for general educational and training purposes. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and to provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity performed through your account and for keeping your password confidential.

Coaching guidance and safety

Cole is an AI coaching tool, not a replacement for a qualified tennis coach. Its guidance can be incomplete or wrong, so use your own judgment and seek qualified coaching when appropriate. Cole cannot diagnose or treat injuries or health conditions. Stop activity and seek medical care if you have pain, an injury, or a health concern. Tennis and exercise involve risk; you choose to participate at your own risk.

Your content

You may upload only videos and provide only content you have the right to use. Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringes others’ rights, contains another person’s sensitive information without permission, or attempts to disrupt the service. You keep your rights in your content. You give Cole the limited, non-exclusive permission needed to host, process, retain, and use it to provide, secure, and improve the service and its coaching models, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and AI output

The service may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We do not guarantee that every video can be analyzed or that a coaching result will improve performance, prevent injury, or meet a particular outcome. To the maximum extent allowed by law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available.”

Paid subscriptions

If you choose a paid plan, Stripe processes the recurring monthly payment. Your plan is applied only after Stripe confirms the subscription through our secure billing connection, not merely because you return from Checkout. You can manage payment details or cancel through the billing portal in your Cole account. Plan prices and any applicable taxes are shown before you complete Checkout.

Accounts and termination

You may stop using Cole and delete your account at any time from the coaching app’s account controls. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, threaten service security, or are required to be restricted by law.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information. It is part of these terms.

Changes and contact
