Delete your Cole account

Delete in the app (fastest)

1. Open the Cole app and sign in.
2. Tap the settings icon (top of the screen).
3. Choose Delete my account and confirm.

This immediately and permanently deletes your account, your saved swing analyses, and your chat history from Cole. It cannot be undone.

Request deletion by email

If you can’t access the app, email us from the address on your account and we’ll delete it for you:

Send a message to [email protected] with the subject “Delete my account.” Send it from the email address you signed up with so we can verify the request. We will delete your account and its data within 30 days and confirm when it’s done.

What is deleted

Deleting your account removes your account details, your saved analyses, and your chat history. Cole does not store a playable copy of your uploaded videos; temporary files used to generate feedback are removed after each analysis.

Some limits apply, as explained in our Privacy Policy: information already incorporated into an AI model that has been trained and released cannot be reversed without retraining that model, and we may keep records where the law requires it.
