A stable video can reveal visible patterns across a swing, including preparation, the racket path, contact spacing, and the finish. Comparing clips can also help you notice whether a practice focus is becoming more repeatable.
What video cannot show
A camera does not reveal every sensation, intention, or cause. Poor lighting, a blocked racket, a distant ball, or an unusual camera angle can make a conclusion uncertain.
